We have managed to recover much of the audio from the service on October 26, including some of the music. However, the hymns are mostly silent.
The problem was twofold: we had a defective cable bringing audio to the computer and our secondary audio source for hymns was not operating.
For next week's service, we will have new cabling. The A/V team recognizes that the spoken work, music and singing are the most important parts of a streamed service and we will endeavour to avoid a similar situation in the future.
