The purpose of the Men's Club is to deepen the spiritual life of men of the Congregation, to provide them opportunities for service and fellowship and to develop their knowledge of the United Church of Canada, its nature and mission and the communities it serves.
The Men's Club is responsible to the Congregation through Council for:
Encouraging men of the Congregation to join the Men's Club.
Providing opportunities for the enhancement of the social, intellectual and spiritual life of the men of the Congregation.
Developing among the men a greater knowledge of the United Church of Canada, its nature and mission and the communities that it serves.
The duties and activities of the Men's Club include:
Meeting regularly to discharge the above responsibilities.
Appointing officers of the Club as may be required.
Undertaking programs and projects of Christian service including raising and dispensing funds for various Church purposes.
Providing ways and means of enhancing the spiritual life of the men of the Congregation through worship, fellowship and study and discussion of their Christian witness in their community, at work and in their homes.
Encouraging the development of a greater knowledge of the Church, its natures, missions and activities at all levels in the men of the Congregation.
